Jumping in ahead of Bellenuit.
The meeting went very smoothly, no questions asked, nobody voting against any of the motions.
The overall impressions they conveyed was 1. they are moving as quickly as reasonably possible to advance SS and 2. they are keeping a tight reign on unnecessary costs.
AJ gave a good presentation. With a bit more practice at it, he will make a great promoter.
The points that I noted, most of which you probably already know:
The EPA did a site visit, they're waiting for them to come back with follow up questions. They're expecting EPA approval by 4th quarter.
They're financed to completion of the BFS, which will take about six more weeks. But they're not waiting for the BFS to be completed before canvassing interest from the banks.
They're going through every item of the PFS to identify savings e.g. can the roads be made narrower, can they be unsealed etc. But the savings will be offset by the mill being bigger than in the PFS. However the bigger mill will mean higher initial cashflow.
No tea or bikkies after the show (demonstrating how they are saving on costs), but the directors and staff stayed around to answer questions.
