If you want to try it then yes contact then through the website - as the others have said they will get back to you but if you can overlook the pushyness they are pretty good to deal with (their tech support I have found is second to none).

Contacted Tradeview this morning and have been sent some intro videos about their service

Also got an MT4 demo account going with the guys from my office and will watch some videos on coding
