I’ve owned this stock since 2012 and I know what you mean but this is a mine that will make a considerable amount of toxic chemicals and radioactive byproduct. This is Australia and we have high environmental standards - the EIS includes ground water contamination testing etc. It all has to be done properly - that takes time and money. This isn’t an iron ore mine where you dig it up and put in on a ship - rare earth mines are a completely different ball game.
