REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Surefire Resources NL (ASX: SRN and SRNOB) (“Surefire” hereby requests a trading halt in respect of its quoted securities.

It is requested that the trading halt be effective from pre-open tomorrow morning.

The trading halt is requested to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement in relation to the acquisition of a significant tenement area.

Surefire requests that the trading halt remain in place until prior to commencement of trading on Tuesday 21 August 2018.

Surefire is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

OHHH BOY here we go. Maybe more battery minerals? Hope the downward trending SP doesn't signal anything bad...
Some more vanadium can't hurt - but I still hope focus is placed on Unaly Hill and Kooline since they have existing exploration.
This acquisition must be pretty big/material if its worth a trading halt.

We will see by Tuesday the 21st.

also - wheres the jorc conversion Ann? I hope it gets announced on lifting of trading halt. Will be a day of BIG news flow if thats the case.

also - I see Mr Nikolaenko is now an EXECUTIVE director. He is very much steering this ship now.
