You do NOT offer any part of Skaergaard until a DFS is done. 15 mill bucks cap raise for 20 -25 pct of spun out Skaergaard Ltd to a Canadian broker / fundie for listing there. Then u get max valuation.
The 30 mill ozs Palladium is worth more than the 10 mill ozs Gold and who knows what the Vanadium is worth but it is BIG.
