"What's our production costs per ounce going to be? "

Yes something that we as investors and the amatures like myself have all been considering I feel .
To me production costs depends on the ore treatment route and if we are looking at per tonne of ore cost or per ounce of Au cost (after credits)
If the company has to go the polymetallic route then the costs could be high both from an OPEX and CAPEX standpoint per tonne , plus there is a logistic issue of transporting the ore to a facility with a smelter .

If we can go the hydrometallurgical route then the costs could be significantly less per tonne processed (not per ounce due to recoveries ) however it seems they can only get around 20% recoveries by the hydrometallurgical method of leaching so unless that improves the company is stuck with the polymetallic method of smelting the ore , to get high recoveries .
I wonder if the BBX ore was smeltered with copper concentrate as part of an existing third party's process of smeltering copper concentrate into higher grade Copper metal and then tapping off the gold from the base of the smelter bucket then it could be an opportunistic way to reduce costs ?
Currently it seems in tests they are using pure copper as the collector .

One of the last announcements mentioned they were looking at tailings storage as part of the regulatory approvals therefore I am supposing the company is also considering Leaching as an alternative to smelting .

I have bought some more shares recently , still a very risky stock but probably also risky to not be exposed to the upside .

This guy is using copper as a collector for gold recovery tends to validate with BBX are doing especially from an assay perspective rather than a production pathway perspective
