Note that they are doing a buyback at 5 day vwap till next Thursday.
The low price allows the company to buy these shares back at say 20 cents a piece.
Price action after next Thursday will be better.
The company has improving cashflows and lower debt interest next year. They have paid back $8.5M debt with 6.3 percent interest.
They will also eliminate costs for minority holders.
