Whether that sell order is fake or not, the buy side is still pretty piss-poor....and as we know, it's mostly the sell/buy orders that get manipulated by being pulled in the final minutes ahead of the opening bell, rather than added. Unusual to not see any buy orders stacked above the 20c mark - not even a token 10-20k or anything from retail investors.
