Who knows, but it seems crazy selling. Lead is one of the most stable priced resources and most of the price fall in the last few months is just due to the rise in the US$. As Alex said when he was appointed he hasn't seen a better resource economics in a base metal project.
We wait for the PFS and hope to pick up a bargain - I am buying at 16c or below.
