What do you mean strike out management options.
Currently there are
-20m options with December expiry @11c so based on the current price they will be converted.
- approx 14m $300k performance shares (3 months)
- approx 14m $600k performance shares (3 months)
based on the user numbers of 600k even with an ARPU of $1 they will hit the $600k per month for 3 straight months before christmas so expect to see those 28m shares on the board along with the 20m options. All that equals 48m shares ontop of the 480m already there = 528m shares on the market come 31 December 2018
