    Post consolidation RPG needs $1 to break even. At $40 mill current market value one would dream the financial closure should see VXR topping $1 with a market cap of around $240 mill. That may not be unreasonable. A bit of gold at Loudens announced by DEG May add some sugar but that’s a bit of a dream too.

    See what today brings. I’m not expecting much and a 15 cent post consolidation wouldn’t surprise.
