I was thinking the same thing. Went looking for other companies in trading halt today and went looking specifically at LIOn due to the Risco dudes.... nothing obvious. If someone else is gunna offer they arnt on the ASX.
I looked at other historical "change of control proposal" and are usually buy outs with shares in other company.
