I too was in on the call and your quoting was spot on.
I too think IHA would succeed is an offer of $1.10 was lobbed.
Just my thoughts if all IHA wanted was to be passive, they would have told this to ISU so that they can be friendly and potentially work together on J/V’s asset sales…etc
The fact that they left ISU in the dark suggest to me exactly what Brodie said in the call at the end.
