    A cap raise here wont be a problem.. why?.. because we are not a penny stock and because
    we have so few shares on issue.
    You talk about 10% dilution, but when you have so few shares of course the percent will be higher.

    TMT can afford a cap raise (if there is to be one). It is not a 'penny stock', our shares are not
    5 or 6 cents or whatever.
    Trying to raise money on on such a low share price is more problematic.

    Just have a look at what happened during the last cap raise here, the share price when UP after it,
    as you yourself mentioned... by 27%!
