Ann: Change to CFO role and reaffirmation of FY18 underlying EBIT, page-32

Whilst I hold a very small amount of this name, it worries me. These results are imo particularly poor. Management have driven this company into the ground, and whilst I realise they have turned near on everyone over, the new incumbents don't fill me with hope. I am always concerned when someone sites a 2 or 3, or 5 days course as grounds to claim they studied at a particular institution. The new marketing guy sites his two 5 day "courses" as enough to claim he "studied" at Harvard - if theres no admission criteria (other than $$$) then sorry that's not a course of study. Whilst it might be true that he went to a 5 day event run by Harvard, I find this bending of perspective leads me to question the integrity and character of the senior management.
