    Ravsta with all due respect, I believe you are wrong here regarding down-ramping. Many of us, discussing here, are long term holders , that believe in the potential of this company(Graphite). The reason we are discussing the vote is not to get more shares, cheaper, but to help move the company in the right direction.....up.
