50 million performance shares to 1620 as follows

15 million performance shares (VWAP) $0.01

15 million performance shares (VWAP) $0.015

20 million performance shares (VWAP) $0.02

So from the above , 1620 Capital and john will need to bring something big to the party to hit those targets !
