We already have a considerable amount of shares and oppies in the market and any cr will only dilute it further, causing the already low share price to drop.

Having said that, at the end of the day, a cr is an ongoing necessary evil, for a company to move forward. So why on earth would we want to waste funds on a (maybe...hope-so at Mandini) instead of using all funds raised and focus on something that we know has a terrific chance of success, instead of a shotgun approach, just hoping for the best.Folks we work hard for our money.
