What a great report card, please correct me if i am wrong but this means we had, 15MUS$ plus another 10MUS$ just announced plus about another 5MUS$ per month from now until December. So thats some pretty positive maths, i get about $45 M US$ by January payment cash in the bank.
I would suggest a dividend to current shareholders would be quite in order!!
