Sundance never had (and still don't have) any issues getting permits and approvals from the Cameroon Govt. Their issues were all of their own making plus being being at the wrong end of the iron ore boom. Trying to build a 'new' 500km rail line through the jungle across two countries was always going to be an issue for Sundance yet despite that and the iron ore peak petering out, they still managed to reach a share price of 66 cents with significantly more shares on issue than CAY. CAY have an existing rail line close and are coming to the fore at a time when demand for bauxite (let alone a Tier one asset like this), will be growing significantly.
