    I'm having problems getting my product..

    Ordered 6 bottles online, received 3 (charged for 6). The fulfilment company says don't contact us, contact Advangen, which is stupid as the error is theirs to correct, and in the meantime I have waited 7 days and counting for a response from Advangen.

    If NP Fulfilment are paid to process and dispatch orders, why are they directing customers to Advangen when an error is made by NP? This you would think is the most basic responsibility of a fulfilment company - 'we handle the logistics, you concentrate on selling your product' etc

    C'mon team, up the game... I want to be saying good things on this forum about my experiences dealing with the company, not constantly picking out areas of much needed improvement.

    Also, packaging...

    Odd-shaped used plain boxes stuffed with yesterday's newpaper...really!!?? A branded, fit for purpose NEW box, with suitable packaging that actually protects the product in transit is the norm for any decent online business nowadays..

    It's the little things that DO matter if they want to build brand loyality....
