Maybe it had to do with the 5% and the deal was for 100% of BD. Someone may have had to do a deal for the 5% and bacome maybe didn't want to sell it? Now 5% isn't a big deal but for the price pacton was paying they weren't getting a deal like there previous deals with amd and ipt. So Pacton will have to pay up from here for decent land holdings. I await there mapping and works that were done will add more value to the land holdings.
