i think the best strategy is to make sure the Chinese government via their embassy here in Australia knows. If something dodgy is going to happen with XPD. Then the media here in Aus will have a field day, and it will affect trade relation between China and Australia.
XPD is a private company, Jiameng is Taiwanese. He is consider to be a foreigner. Therefore the Chinese communist will not protect him if anything happen. if any, they will go at him hard to protect the reputation of the Chinese communist party.. they will not want a taiwanese to commit fraud in china, then for communist chinese to cop the blame and China to loose reputation.
Jiameng knows this, that is why he has been a very good boy lately.
what can we do? we need everyone who is a shareholders to write to the chinese embassy and let them know to keep a watch on XPD, because it will effect them if Jiameng commit fraud or is not seen to practice good corporate governance.
