Good post. What i like about AKM is the potential it has. As only 4 percent of all coal dug up is coking coal i feel it has a great future, as for the 96 percent of the inferior coal they can close that down.last year i read were China imported more coal from mongolia last year than they did the year before and less from Australia. As it takes one tonne of coal to make one tonne of steel i don't think coking coal is going to go away for some time.With the China-Us dispute going on and Australia possible dragged in, one could quite easily see China look to mongolia- Russia for supply. danny/22
