I totally agree, all those people bought in at 6-7c and they are still there as they know what is coming.

It's sheer maths. at 1% . . Mulligan could be $500m in cobalt value (and easily a lot more, that's conservative) . . even if im miles off on that, it's sheer volume that could be a massive blip at these minnow Market Cap.

Just looking at that visual map of the polymetalics, here's some wild guesses at 1% cobalt.
