Howdy Plough , firstly I would rate the political climate the most stable in Africa - I've lived here for a few years and been visiting for a long time . Re attitude towards overseas miners ,I would suggest they are more than welcomed especially in light of the BCL fiasco meaning job creation is paramount here and there are a lot of unemployed workers with mining experience , not sure about Government sentiment towards Russian group Norilsk ,but that's a different story !
