Thanks for the clarification @Taurean7 .  Perhaps I should have said 4 separate entities which I have received documentation from Cellmid. Anyway not to go on about that.

The primary point I am making is as you acknowledged in your last paragraph.  How can Directors ask Shareholders on the one hand to approve the significant self allocation and then wind back allocation to those same shareholders ??   

On another note it seems that Hawke is suggesting some serious Insto support judging by the name dropping in the tweets below. Fact or Fiction ?...It will be on the public record soon enough ?
