Great to see the Chairman powering up the board. I know Mike McGeever, extremely smart guy. Very well connected globally. Ex-British military (commando) which will be useful for AVA's target customers. He brings a lot of depth.

I agree with Sequoia that we need to see more contract announcements. Where is the sales & marketing? What happened to the buyback?
