With respect I would suggest you have completely missed the point.

IOR have big purchase orders from indian customers so whatever they can produce in theory will 100% convert into sales.
Then as they make more sales and the customers place more purchase orders then we need more production to make more sales.

The problem raised by the previous poster was about collecting cash from the customer after the sale has been made and the problems in India about this happening even when there is an order from a court.
