Interesting post on fb.   It is pretty much CRO to a tee.   I believe CRO concentrated too much on the Telstra link, and didn't capitalise on the massive smaller revenue cash flow options of Zero/Myob etc integration markets, whilst trying to grow bigger contracts etc. Happy the Telstra senario has happened early on so management can branch out now and tap into other partner markets etc. and learn at an early stage of inception....
