Also, i think demand for ore is now high enough in india that they will not want to risk their source of supply by forgoing payment, long term this would cost them more than it would save. Furthermore, i think the customer base is now sufficiently diversified and the order sizes are small enough that this no longer poses a significant risk. Production is the issue, not sales.
