100M shares is indeed a huge fee but, as you say, one billion tonnes of bauxite would certainly be a huge resource too! Ultimately, the project can only generate cash after the full mining permits have been granted. Mr Serge Asso'o now has 100M reasons to see that the full mining permits are indeed granted ...
