You seem to expect all exploration stocks to behave like blue chips.
The problem is, you haven't looked at the norm, you ignore it.
The reality is that many don't find anything worthwhile.
Many wind up being taken over or worse.
The fact that AZS has made significant finds (and in the case of Alacran became a victim of its own success with Teck exercising the backin right) doesn't seem to rate even a blip in your sad narrative.
You just look at the chart and pine and bemoan. Not that I'm happy that we didn't strike it rich quickly. But let's be real here.
BTW in terms of mindlessly following, take a look at what happened to that "shareholder's revolt" and have a rethink. Someone was being played.
