Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder x 2, page-2

Just for those of you who may have read this Form 605 and were wondering why Kevin and Geoff  are no longer substantial share holders of NML do not panic, they have not sold a single share, they still own the same amount they did before the share placement back on the 19/1/2017.

All that has happened is that because they did not accumulate any more shares following the share placement back on the 19/1-/2017 they now have just under 5% holding of NML which needs to be recorded hence the release of this 605 Form.

According to management they still own the same amount of shares as they previously did (did not sell any) however others have accumulated more shares which have pushed their shareholding just under the 5%.

This is good news as it means other people want in!
