But technicalities aside the market was not impressed with MSR review of historical results and as you implied if that's all MSR has to offer then there's not a lot to look forward to in my interpretation. I'm also a bit concerned about MSR following Perseus around picking up its scraps, easy for Perseus to offer farm-in to a dud project when Perseus have little to lose by doing so - doesn't show much imagination on the part of MSR in looking for new projects. And I absolutely agree with your comment about Tanzania, but that's now history. I'm not sure why MSR shut the gate on Tanzania couldn't they have left the door open for when Tanzania sorts out the issues even if it took a few years?
