I contacted a Realm yesterday. They advised Computershare had a confidentiality agreement with the Bidder, and were unable to advise what the final Bidder shareholding is. It is up to the Bidder to advise the company and / or the ASX.

I am in the process of trying to find out if the Bidder must inform the market of its final shareholding, and if there is a deadline they must advise this by.
