Doubt that at $5kg Jervois would cover materials cost/s of Mozz making. Milk cost to BFC must be more than $0.50 per litre. Contract driver appears to be BFC's need for cash.
Announcement contained many warnings - 2017/18 will be a disaster.
Now had 3 years of same NON performing management - time for change. Spin is cheap. Spin doesn't create shareholder value/wealth. Need cold hard performance and I can't see it coming. Big carried forward losses will assist if and when BFC make s profits.
How much cash does BFC hold? Must have big inventories? Where are working Capital needs to come from - equity raising??
