5GN acquisition discussion, page-14

My sense is that 5Gn will make $3m in EBITDA from this. They've already paid for it so no capital raising needed for acquisition - paid only $1.7m in cash up front. The rest was in other associated costs and liabilities.
5G Company is cashflow positive already
Now expanded in to all states
Now has access to govt and corporate
Now can cross sell other services like Cloud and Data Centre
Now can migrate to 5G networks already built
Margins increase, costs drop
Lets see how much EBITDA Joe and his team can draw out of this $43m revenue
I'm thinking this is going to be a solid cashflow business for 5G once they've worked through it.
