I would have thought Whytee? that GS is a little bit smarter than that, and would understand that part of the problem for both TAS and EDE is that at the moment, the large institutional investors will not invest in either, due mainly I believe because of the way the whole system is setup, it is the company structure that has to change that is the whole problem I believe.

The Solomans have far more to lose by not taking this track if it becomes available? because if they maintain the same structure and rely totally on cap raising to help them stay on the boards for directorship monies, then they would be on a fools errand, I don't believe that that would be their thinking, if it is? then they will lose everything for themselves and all of the investors, the road to ruination will happen quickly once further dilution happens.
