All the suppliers for aggregate to commercial and industrial businesses are fixed and final. Closed shop.
No one else can ever become a supplier of aggregates.
No other company can produce aggregates to the AS I listed earlier.
No other company can have tests done on aggregates, and when they comply with AS, sell them to the market.
Is that what you're saying?
