hi guys, I know you guys will say DYOR but I wanted to ask, with the terrible drought Australia is going through and all that stuff about it in the media at the moment etc... how is it possible that agricultural land is rising in value even though the drought is hurting farmers so much.
I hear on the radio a lot of farmers are saying if we don't get great rain by early SEP its going to be all over for a lot of them, will this affect RFF in any way?
if you guys answer NO, than how bad would the drought have to get for RFF to start feeling the pain its in earnings into the future?
cheers guys.
