July passed without any positive news about the HK listing...

The Q3 report indicated that the prospectus was updated after the quarter end, that is in July.
"A draft Prospectus was re-submitted to the HKEx, after quarter end, for the Public Offer being made in conjunction with the Company’s proposed listing on the HKEx. The Company will update the market in due course. "

One may wonder what were the details, which took more than month to update since May.
