Agree. Recommencing the dividend will absolutely shake off some cobwebs !!!
I scrolled back through a few recent STO Announcements, and there it was, STO's Sustainable Dividend Policy Review ! Not exactly a NY Times Best Seller, but one of the nicer docs I have read today. Bring on the divvy !
