Paying a bribe or star dust as you called it, is a better outcome than EWC going bankrupt, however I would be pretty disappointed if this was the case.
Hopefully the motto is "Bringing clean affordable energy to the Philippines without any bribes"
I thought you could pretty much say what you wanted on HC...ie: free speech, however it doesn't seem to be the case.
