Its all upside for them, if they can’t raise the money it just reinforces RCFs decision to pull out and is no reflection of their ability. If they raise the money on good terms then they look like heroes and get paid handsomely.

Looks like SH are voting with their feet the buy depth is looking fairly thin also. Not expecting much from DF but would like to be presently surprised when/if they sort out the financing ....
