I’m away presently, and haven’t looked into the CN/CR closely as yet.
My broad view is if delays continue infinitum, and specificately, if we hit the wet again, then remuneration should cease accordingly.
We pay solicitors to negotiate the ILUA on our behalf, and that payment can continue during delays such as the wet season. However, the gravy train for all others needs to stop.
Why are the SH’s paying weekly payments of circa $5,000/week during the wet?....and Hallie’s $240k/annum....and Directors fees x 3 ....and office rent for LNY and absurdly BCP?!
Remuneration is defined as - money paid for work or a service.
No work...no pay...particularly during the wet season!
