Couldn't agree more that this stock is heavily underpriced, and today it's even dropped to about 0.29! The latest report states that distributions will be in the range of 9 cents per annum for at least the next 3 years when some debt will have to be renegotiated. The yield is unbelievable, too good to resist, even considering the risks, which IMHO are minimal if you read the latest announcements carefully.
