Thanks OGP, yes that was a prime consideration for me was the fact that the directors of the company have plenty of skin in the game, and with shares on issue at 189M at the time, the share register was/is definitely tight. I would actually be surprised if we didn't get one or more takeover bids in the foreseeable future; onwards and upwards GLL
