No GY the last cap raise was @1.2 earlier this year the one prior to that was @0.008 so this will be the 3rd raise in about 12 months.
The Maq bank debt facility is not really available due to severe borrowing restrictions on Empire, hence the CR to clear debt and or cash up to get breathing room.
I’m glad I loaded up at 0.007 and unloaded most between 3-4c and end this 8 year old agony with a profit. I feel for the guys that have been in it longer, I hate to say it but it seems that something will happen, but FIIK when.
