At the AGM Russell said Mits had management changes in Japan. The Aussie Mits were still supportive but unlikely to be part of the equation in the short term. I think they have other parties they are dealing with.

We need to remember there is no functioning tungsten mine in North America. As part of the China/US trade war, the Chinese could say, we aren't exporting tungsten to USA due to it being on the US critical metals list. Then, they will need to find other sources.
